Don't let the T-34 bit mislead you! It is a type that may have been fitted to tanks cold war era and also very similar to the type fitted in aircraft. It is Russian but not war time, and not likely to be earlier than 1960s vintage or later, but a nice item anyway. The armaments factories would have been banging out T-34s to keep up demand of the war, I couldn't really imagine them wasting resources on none essential items such as clocks at that time! Unless anyone else out there has an opinion on this
