Hello, my name is Sharon and I live in Cornwall. I have been doing WW2 living history for 5 years and started doing Soviet about 2 years ago. We don't have many events down this end of the world but we came to Detling this year as spectators and met some of your group and I am always getting tips on kit and uniform from the website so hopefully we can improve on what we do. My 2 sons also do Soviet and whilst at Bodmin 'Steam at War' in May we met a Russian chap from Samara who recognized our uniforms and was pleased to see us representing his country.

It's always good to meet Russians at events especially when they tell you about their parents or grandparents experiences of the war.
