Hi all , I have come into thi thread a little late but I am definitely coming to Detling in 2010 come hell or high water (thinks...global warming?) so I can bring my Mosin Nagant with PE , the K98 and telescopic sight or an M44 MN carbine (all live) if they fit into the scenario Boss?
I have sufficient blanks but will try to buy some more meanwhile.

Good to hear from you comrade Bobhr and that you will be supporting the unit at Detling. The more weapons that you can bring the better! Will we be seeing you at any other event?

Hi Comrade Kapitan ,please excuse the slow reply; yes I hope I can get to as many as practicable : Ft Nelson,Belvoir ,Kellmarsh etc.
I want to go to the Private Battle as well. I am going to review the events page as soon as I have sent this.
I needed to sort out some other priorities this year ( I am hoping to get married in July 2010) but can`t wait to get back in the saddle (with The Unit I mean !!).
I have permanently binned alcohol too , I got fed up with it ,so that will be novel! I will take chai with Comrade Shabby !!
Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
I did manage Bovington this year and there are some people in the unit I have only seen once or twice in three years .So my defence rests.
See you soon. I will bring Salami .

Having checked the events page it looks like I will be at the AGM ,Ashby,Kelvedon Hatch,Kellmarsh and Detling.
I will need to use the Easter weekend to go to NL (because I only have two days leave remaining until the new leave-year begins at the end of April.
Should be a good year by the look of things.
