Imoff the vodka, so I will have to see what Cider or red wine do !
I can`t wait to get aquainted with the T34.
We were taught how to go underneath tanks while we were training in Vogelsang in Germany and I am tempted to see if the ground-clearance is enough to demonstrate it.
It is so simple: you squat in front and as the hull touches your hands you stand up (ie :extend your legs!).the tank pushes you backwards from the waist and you extend your arms above your head as she passes over you.
You finish up lying on your back looking up at the belly of the tank with your arms pointing up along the ground over your head.
Ours were the little American light-tanks with the T-shaped muzzle and they had a handle convenientltly positioned and welded on the front! So it would depend upon what is there to hold onto.
It would have to be done on a flat concrete surface though or it could go wrong.
If the clearance is safe I could do it easily and it would look ace for the public. Just pray the suspension doesn`t collapse !!
PS: I have only had a cup of tea before writing this !
Seriousl;y though I will have a good look at the clearance on the day andthat will determine if it can be done ; it is really safe.
