An interesting site I've found about a forgotten part of the GPW - the strategic bombing campaign over Germany by Soviet heavy bombers, most notably the PE-8.

I've seen this one - a great tribute to the men of the Soviet heavy bomber fleet, very much the ginger stepdaughter of the Peoples' armed forces.
They did amazing work when it's considered that they didn't have political or economic backing and on top of that, one of the most user-hostile four-engined aircraft of WW2.
