Sorry for the banner but it's been one of those days and I thought I could vent some spleen by posting here something I really want.

you and me both , i`m working with a new company who`s motto seems to be `rough is best `.
i have never seen work so bad in all my working years , no wonder the boss`s of the company want to make me a charge hand (ganger) , im the only one who does the work to a high standard .( thanks to the last company i worked for )
i have been going off big time at the blokes i worked with the last three weeks while doing a block paving job , they dont have a clue how to do the job and dont listen to the advice i give them , the job looks sh*t !

nearly hit two of them on different days , it was very close .

need a new job with better pay and prospects before i go insane .

if you think work is bad school is worse, 1999 annoying year 7,8,9 and 11 kids all ripping you for re-enactment

That's why you only ever discuss chocolate soldering with those who you know will 'get' it, or tell the whole world and be ready for some flak.

To someone outside the hobby, standing around in a field wearing old clothing is a pretty odd thing to do however you try and explain it.

You wanna know my rant of the day.

I am finally training for the job i really really want and the studying is fantastic. But you wanna know why there is such trouble for training midwives and nurses to degree standard in this country coz the NHS gives out *&^% all to help fund you through university.

Yeah they can chuck 3k and already trained midwives who left for what ever reason, to come back, but they cant help the ones that are training hard when we are the ones putting 100% effort and enthusiasm in to qualify !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long story short not eligible for bursary and now have to go back to work as well as uni coz i cant afford it alone(and they left it very late in telling me)


So in the wanted section:

WANTED more funding towards student practitioners so we can do the job that we have always wanted.

If your short of money svetlana I could flog off some of the dodgy fash gear cluttering up my spare room and send you the cash.

p.s. don't tell Andy.

walter , if its that dodgy fall bones stuff you will get very little or nothing for it , shame , its so cheap and nasty no one wants it

I couldnt do it to him bless him, it would break his heart even if he knew it was going to a good cause.

Colin Iv'e found a way of doubling the value of the Fash gear.

I use it to clean up any oil spills when I'm working on the Gaz and once it gets some good Soviet grime on it it becomes twice as valuable.

P.S. still don't tell Andy.
