Hi Comrade Petitov.
There are some lovely photos there and you all seem very happy.
I travelled back ,with Comrade Coffin ,from Belvoir Castle last night and just wanted to say that I had a great time and especially to thank my Gun Team. We never had a name but were proud to show the "mature" people can produce the goods when needed.
There was a lot of good work all round and the NCOs I work with are the best I have ever been lucky enough to meet.
The group practiced section battle-drills and refreshed on drill both normal and ceremonial.
All in all I was proud to be part of all of it.
Strange creatures with towels on, coming out of the banya, was a bit odd but I imagine I will soon join them !
I forgot to warn Sam .. "don`t accept sweets from them" .... but then Sam offered me a jelly baby the next day !
I never thought to ask where it had come from.
Lots of good effort there all round I thought.
Most of all it was fun !
