Hello!

I have been reading on this forum for a while so it was time to register and introduce myself!

My name is Clarence and I am from Jönköping, Sweden and I am 20 years old.

I have been reenacting a Red Army Scout for about two and a half years with the FHF Reenactment Society (former MHS) We reenact a scout platoon in the 188 Guards Rifle Regiment within the 63rd Guards Rifle Division. The unit took part in the liberation of leningrad, defense of Hango military base and fought in the continuation war with the Finns. Before the unit got its gards title it was first the 136 Rifle Division. We also have a german unit who is reenacting SS Panzergrenadier Division "Nordland" as Swedish volonteers

My character is guards Mladsjij Serzjant Alexei Irineyevich Vasiljev or Vasiljev for short.
I am the guide and second in command of the group.

I went with Bair travels to St Petersburg in January of 2009 and took part in the reenactment of the liberation of leningrad and the tour of the battlefields and the Karelian istmus and the museums.

Those of you from 2nd Guards that also took part in the event know who I am. :)
